The only major "rule" restriction is up by the engine/trans inteface area,as the hose in that area needs to either be enclosed to shield it from debris should there be a flexplate/flywheel issue,or it has to be braided stainless hose. I come up the inside of the frame rail most of the time,often it's hard to get between the rocker and the frame rail to route stuff up the outside. How to route the lines,that is wide open. I would'nt route the socketless hose inside the framerails,it does'nt have enough abrasion resistance,so I can at least feel comfortable saying that.Ĭlamps,I use the rubber insulated "adel" clamps,can get these at lots of places,among them aircraft supply houses as they use them a bunch. Stock tank with rear sump, summit inline 40 micron filter, Mallory 140 pump, RobbMC return regulator, Robb sending unit with AN fittings. I want to plumb a 8N fuel system using Aeroquip socketless hose for a street/strip application. I did several searches and read 5 pages of archives about fuel lines and still didnt see what I was looking for.
